When do you come out to see me what is the process?

As soon as you ring or email us one of our receptionists will take your details. You can book your removal in, there and then or ask for one of our removal & storage surveyors to call out to give you a free quotation for your removal needs

What if the removal date changes?

If your removal date changes, you just need to let us know as soon as possible.

Do you travel outside Yorkshire if so what is the extra cost?

Yes we operate throughout the UK. All removals are different as such all prices differ but this will be discussed with you by one of our removal surveyors

Do you do office relocations?

Yes we do office relocation: in office removals, where you may just have a filing cabinet to go to the next floor, or your whole office to go to another town

Can you reassemble furniture?

We can reassemble furniture that needs to be take down to move it.

What is the deposit?

Some jobs do require a small deposit this depends on whether the removal is a long distance removal.

Do you pack things for us?

We have a team of packers to do your packing for you. A quote for this would be given when one of our removal surveyors call to do your free quote.

I need to sell my house can you help store/de-clutter?

Yes we have storage facilities for long or short term storage /self storage/file storage. We also offer a service which we believe can help sell your house with our de-clutter and store service please see our de-cluttering service page.

How many people are involved on the day?

You will be advised by one of our removal surveyors as to how many removal men your removal will require, 2-3 is normal but we have done removals with as many as 8-10 removal men.

When and how do I pay?

You can pay by credit card, cash or cheque.

Do you charge VAT?

Yes as a professional removal company and the amount of removals we do per year we are vat registered.

THERE IS NO VAT CHARGE ON STORAGE.

Will our goods be safe?

Yes our storage is fully alarmed with CCTV.

Do you have insurance to cover it all?

Yes as a professional removal & storage company we are insured
